Rachel Taber-Hamilton
I currently serve as the Vice President of the House of Deputies and the Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church in Everett, WA. I have 25 years of professional experience in organizational assessment and development. I am a Shackan First Nation person, and as an Indigenous priest in the Episcopal Church, I have been dedicated to supporting institutional changes in developing polity and practices that better meet the needs of our diverse membership. As a member of the Standing Commission on Governance, Constitution and Canons, I support the work of changes to the Title IV process. I am committed to assuring fully collaborative leadership to the year-round work of General Convention towards effectively meeting the goals mandated through our legislative processes. I believe that our presence in the world must include promoting the health and wellness of the Episcopal Church in all leadership, striving for highly collaborative and functional relationships in every aspect of our corporate life.
