Explanation

The 140th Convention of the Diocese of East Carolina submits the following resolution to the 81st General Convention of the Episcopal Church and encourages all other dioceses to endorse this or similar resolutions at their 2023 Diocesan Conventions and Councils in advance of the 2024 General Convention.

This resolution was adopted the 11th day of February, 2023 by the 140th Convention of the Diocese of East Caraolina.
