Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting at this 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Louisville, Kentucky, gives thanks to Almighty God for the gentle and generous ministry among us of our chaplains, the Reverend Ricardo Bailey, Mr. Dent Davidson, and the Very Reverend Miguelina Howell, at our meetings of the House since the last General Convention;

and further expresses our gratitude to them for their ministry during this Convention and especially on the day of the election of our new Presiding Bishop.
