Resolved, That the House of Deputies of 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church commends The Reverend Canon Michael Barlowe as Executive Officer and his multiple years as the Secretary of the House of Deputies; and be it further

Resolved, That the House celebrates his innovative ministry, his work with hundreds of other leaders in the ongoing ministries of the church, including the Executive Council, Standing Commissions, and other interim bodies, and especially with his role in the advent of the Virtual Binder; and be it further

Resolved, That God bless Michael in his future endeavors, along with his spouse, Paul Anthony Burrows, knowing that they bear the best wishes of the House of Deputies.
